How often can I have my delivery?

Subscription deliveries are available in 2 weekly intervals - 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks

Can I add extra items to my delivery?

We are currently unable to add extra items to your subscription delivery. Don't worry we are working on it!

In the meantime, if you wish to add items to your subscription then please purchase them on the main Easy Raw site, choose the collection option and we will deliver them alongside your subscription bundle.

How do I skip or cancel my order?

You will be emailed a reminder 7 days before each dispatch. If you log into your subscription account, you can update your account to skip or cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to dispatch. If you have any difficulty with this, please contact us and we will help you.

None of your bundles suit my dog. What can I do?

If none of our current bundles are suitable for your dog we are happy to put together a bundle especially for your dog. Just drop us an email at help@easyrawdogfood.co.uk with what you would like and we will upload the combination of items you need as a bundle.

I'm a VIP do I get my discount?

When you sign up to subscribe you will automatically get 10% off each order just the same as the VIP discount.
